The process is simple once you have accepted our bid and decided to sell.  Once you have accepted our bid, we will send you letter of commitment, outlining what our obligation to you will be, along with a request of copies of the documentation that will be required to proceed.  Your quote will be based on the accuracy of the information provided and is contingent upon verification of the relevant documents as part of the due diligence process.

Everything you need to provide to us to get an accurate quote is given at list your note.

We will require a short period to verify the information provided.  Instructions for the close are sent to an Escrow company. You don’t have to worry about anything other than getting us the right documents.  The escrow company will advance you the funds once the sale is completed.
